Samaritans pop up stalls in the glass house
The Samaritans have a bric-a-brac sales in the glasshouse (outside the Colne Market Hall) until Sat 9th Nov … or unil they sell out of good! They are open from 9am to around 3pm and are fundraising for the Samaritans & also promoting their services. If you’re interested in volunteering with them, this would be a perfect time for an informal chat.
Don’t forget … the Samaritans also have a second hand charity bookshop inside the Colne Market Hall. There’s a great selection of books to choose from. If you have books to donate, they’re more than happy to accept them. (Can you tell that we took this photo during the Halloween in Colne 2019 event?)
